Sylvia Disano’ s passion for real estate started from a very early age. You could say it’s in her DNA. Sylvia has lived in Brisbane’s inner suburbs all her life, so it was no surprise that at an early age she understood the value of property and purchased her first investment property at age 26.
Her passion for property continued over the next 25 years where she has successfully developed, constructed, project-managed, marketed and designed homes in Norman Park, New Farm, Hamilton, Red Hill and Paddington.
With her projects Sylvia has collaborated with some of Brisbane’s most esteemed Architects, recently with Harry Poulos Architects on her Luxury home projects in the suburb of Ascot.
Whilst her passion has always been property, for many years Sylvia was a successful and multi-awarded Business Development Manager in the field of information technology. During her 15 years in the highly competitive IT industry, Sylvia acquired excellent skills in sales, marketing and negotiation.
Sylvia has a reputation for tenaciously protecting her client’s interests with savvy negotiations, cutting edge marketing strategies and a results focused mindset.
Having sold many of her own homes, Sylvia recognises that selling a client’s home is a delicate balance of meeting their needs and managing what is quite often a highly charged and exciting process.
