Are you the Super Star Real Estate Administrator we’ve been looking for? Do you enjoy the energy of a successful office, while using your skills and knowledge to support the team? We are on the lookout for an outstanding Sales & Marketing administrator, it may be you!
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate & experience in real estate sales administration is a must!
The role covers all aspects of property sales administration & marketing from pre list to settlement. It requires you to have a “can do” attitude, be organized, friendly, supportive, adaptable, reliable, and have excellent communication & time management skills.
Key Accountabilities
– Provide professional communication to clients & staff to ensure a positive experience with every point of contact;
– Manage the administration & marketing of all sales listings – compliance, title search, disclosure statements, blank contracts, marketing invoices etc.
– Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and attendance of our monthly In Room Auctions;
– Prepare office and property marketing – brochures, signboards, social media posts.
– Assist with preparing and editing various documents, marketing collateral, reports and presentations;
– Coordinate team events including quarterly team building events, weekly team meetings, office promotions
– Assist the Contracts Administrator where required.
