Melanie is happiest when providing support to her team, ensuring that they can deliver exceptional service to their clients. She takes pride in her friendly approach and believes that honesty and competence, with a focus on results, gives clients the assurance that their needs are being met.

With an impressive 20 years in the real estate industry, Melanie specialises in Marketing & Contract administration. She brings a wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge of both private and government sectors. Melanie also has a broad understanding and interest in renovating houses, having completed a few projects herself. As an integral member of the Hadgelias team, she takes ownership of client communication and coordination of suppliers.

When Melanie isn’t working tirelessly to support the Hadgelias team, she spends her time with a family of 4 teenage boys on their hobby farm in Kenilworth.

Melanie chose to work for the Hadgelias team as she respects their long standing reputation in the community and long term staff  tenure.
