Suzanne is another  property management veteran on our team contributing over 31  years of experience .  As a fully licensed agent, Suzanne appreciates the complexity of property investment. With recently obtaining her National Mediator Accreditation , Suzanne has a strong understanding and recognition of conflicts and the mediationand process whilst working towards identifying potential issues early. This specialist training allows her to best guide her clients to the best possible outcomes when issues arise.

Suzanne’s experience and  knowledge of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act, ensures the utmost compliance and mitigation of any foreseen loss to her investors.  Suzanne is a competent and efficient professional who maintains effective systems and procedures to ensure that she meets deadlines and communicates effectively to foster confidence and assurance with her clients.

When she isn’t working diligently toward successful outcomes for her clients, Suzanne  loves to spend time with her Chihuahua and  grandchildren  who like to keep her active  while entertaining  family and friends. Suzanne’s approachable, friendly nature makes her a welcome asset to the team at Ray White Paddington.
