Black Coffee Friday

Every year on Easter Friday, the gang from Bunker and Bessa converge for Black Coffee Friday – a day where they take the espresso machine out of the shop and brew up a selection of some of the best filter coffee they can get their hands on from all over the world.

This year you can sip on world-class black coffee from Wood & Co, Five Senses, Sample and Small Batch, as well as fill your tummy with eats and treats from the likes of Alphabet Cafe and Roesti Revolution. This isn’t all – the 2019 edition of Black Coffee Friday sees a special one-off low-alcohol, no hop, coffee beer in collaboration with Aether available to try.

Live jazz from The Beau Jorgenson Trio will keep patrons bopping from 8:00–11:00 am. Feeling competitive? Why not enter the super-fun outdoor knockout ping pong competition – first prize is a Moccamaster from Nord and there are some serious other prizes on offer from Delter Coffee and other coffee partners.
