Darling & Co’s Vegan Brunch

By Addy Whitburn

You know that old saying about not making friends with salad? Darling & Co’s Vegan Brunch is here to categorically dispel that ridiculous notion.

Every Saturday, the Paddington haunt will be putting on two sittings of its delectable five-course, cruelty-free spread – not to mention the fact that every dish is an Instagrammable dream.

Choose between the 11:00 am to 1:00 pm sitting or the 2:00–4:00 pm sitting, then sit down to indulge in five 100-percent vegan dishes paired with vegan cocktails, wine and prosecco (and yep, every last thing on the menu including drinks is vegan).

Treat your tastebuds to items like zucchini fritters with citrus yoghurt, roast beetroot falafel with green tahini, zesty brown rice and black bean sliders, kale, quinoa and roast pumpkin pilaf with charred sourdough, then finish on a sweet note with French toast with fresh strawberry sauce.

Your two-hour beverage package includes cocktails like the Coconut Snap (lychee liquor, triple sec, coconut water, lime juice and aquafaba), Cinzano Spritz (cinzano vermouth, organic white wine, soda and orange) and the Kombucha Moscow Mule (vodka, kombucha, ginger and lime), alongside drops like vegan organic biodynamic New Zealand sauvignon blanc and a vegan friendly prosecco.

What are you waiting for? Get your brunch on and reserve your spot here.

Psst … to celebrate the launch of its Vegan Brunch, Darling & Co is giving away 100 free (yep, free) branded drinking coconuts on Saturday September 21 – so don’t miss out!
