High Tea at the Lab

If you really want to take things to the next level, you can also upgrade to a Chandon high tea for $65 per person, which includes a two-hour bubbles package with a selection of Chandon sparkling wines to choose from – Domaine Chandon Brut Rosé, Sparkling Pinot Shiraz or Sparkling Chandon Brut.
