Mother’s Day at Portside Wharf

Although celebrating Mother’s Day will be a little different this year, that doesn’t mean you can’t treat Mum to a mouth-watering meal from her favourite riverside locale. Portside Wharf is here to help with a delicious selection of takeaway and pick-up meals to take home this Mother’s Day, from traditional Japanese banquets to cheese platters filled with all the fromage favourites. Sono Japanese Restaurant:Treat mum to a delicious banquet lunch at home this Mother’s Day from Sono To Go. The banquet includes choice menu picks like edamame, salmon, tuna and buri kingfish sashimi, duck teriyaki with asparagus and scallop avocado yaki and black cod saikyo yaki. The banquet costs $79 per person (minimum four people) and can be pre-ordered before Friday May 8 for pick-up at Portside Wharf from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Sunday May 10. Gusto da Gianni: This Italian hot-spot is offering a delicious three-course set meal for $70 for two that mum can enjoy at home. Enjoy cooked Balmain bugs in Mediterranean lightly spicy salsa rosa, a choice of mafaldine with slow cooked duck leg ragu or pork belly with roasted potatoes  and finish with tiramisu for dessert. Vegetarians can enjoy a three-course set meal for $59 for two.
