Those who missed out on the mecca of mouth-watering morsels that graced Brisbane Powerhouse earlier this year, don’t fret, as Night Feast is returning for another salivation-worthy spectacular that is sure to put a spring in your step. Bringing together Brisbane’s leading chefs for a month of festive feasting, this gastronomic playground will take food lovers on the ultimate immersive creative and culinary adventure. Keep reading for all of the drool-worthy details

Following its inaugural success in autumn, Night Feast will once again transform Brisbane Powerhouse into an immersive art and feasting experience from October 4–29. What’s on the menu this time around? You can expect another spectacular selection of Brisbane’s top chefs – both returning and enticing new additions – alongside an electrifying line-up of live music, interactive roaming performers and an enchanting program of free events and awe-inspiring art.

Designed to ignite all of your senses, this flavour-packed concept will see the return of autumn crowd favourites including e’cco bistro, Donna Chang, Gerard’s Bistro, Dalton Catering, Saison Salumi, LouisB, Lek’s Thai, Mary Mae’s, Hoy Pinoy, , Anchalee, Bar Alto and Bugsters, as well as a string of sumptuous new additions such as ESSA, NOTA, Southside, The Green, MAYA, Nosferatu Gin & Dessert Bar and La Mano. Also pleasing our palates will be the Sapporo Izakaya by Taro – a hand-crafted traditional Japanese restaurant that will see Sapporo ambassador and beer sensei Shinichiro Shimo presenting a bevy of brews alongside a mouth-watering menu by renowned Australian chef, Taro Akimoto of Taro’s Ramen.

Once your taste buds are sufficiently tantalised, a feast for the rest of your senses awaits with a captivating program of culture-packed showcases that will take you on a journey through thought-provoking performance and spectacular visual and auditory treats. Among the awe-inspiring creative talents featured at this year’s Night Feast will be award-winning interdisciplinary artist Bridie Hooper, who will present the bewitching work, For Whom the Bell Tolls, which blends mind-bending circus with the bell’s sonic wonder. Looming over the Brisbane Powerhouse precinct will be Multitudes, a series of ten illuminated, multi-limbed giants from Australian artists Tin and Ed. Glamour and absurdity will clash as The Huxleys’ otherworldly serenade wanders through the feast, inviting audiences into a vibrant world of colour, sparkle and androgynous freedom. Brisbane Powerhouse CEO and artistic director Kate Gould says Night Feast’s spring edition will see Brisbane Powerhouse and surrounds transform into a fantastical playground for the senses. “Night Feast is more than just a food festival, it’s a celebration of creativity in all its forms, and this spring we’ve curated a line-up that promises to captivate and inspire.”

The spring addition of Night Feast will take place from October 4–29 , and will be open on Wednesdays to Fridays from 4:30–9:00 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00–9:00 pm.
