RSCPA Cupcake Day

The biggest bake-off in the Southern Hemisphere is back – Cupcake Day for the RSPCA!

Once again it’s time to pre-heat the oven, roll up the sleeves and cook for a great cause … or should that be paws!  Cupcake Day celebrations can be held any time during July, August or September, although the ‘official’ day is Monday August 21.

RSPCA Cupcake Day gathers bakers from across the nation to make a stand for animal welfare. Absolutely 100 percent of funds raised through your baking efforts will help rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome the 135,000 animals that come through RSPCA shelters every year.

Registration is free, so sign up and you will receive your very own Cupcake Day Party Pack! You can organise your own Cupcake Day wherever you like – it can be at home and family and friends can come over, get your colleagues involved and get them to bring their cupcakes to work, host a bake sale at school or even run a cupcake competition.
