Feel like indulging in a long lunch to keep your sprits high and your tummy full? Emporium Hotel’s Signature restaurant has just announced it will be launching Sunday lunches on August 9, with each week celebrating local Queensland produce.
To kick things off, husband and wife duo executive chef Chris Norman and executive sous chef Alex Norman have created a decadent five-course degustation lunch filled with delicious truffle dishes. The jam-packed menu features the likes of fresh Abrolhos Island scallops paired with parmesan and black garlic gnocchi, cauliflower puree and truffle emulsion, Brisbane Valley quail ravioli with truffle veloute, and black truffle silken caramel served alongside truffle honey and mandarin.
