The Superthing team opens Little Red Bakery, a loaf-slinging cafe in Red Hill

If you’ve popped into Little Red Providore on Windsor Road lately, you’ll have spied an increased amount of baked goods going around. There’s a good reason for that – the crew behind Superthing, NYC Bagel Deli and Cordelia Sourdough Bakehouse has taken over the venue, adding in a brand-new bakery element to go with its already stellar.
