The locals love it and visitors travel from all over the country to get amongst it – coming into its 70th year the award-winning Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers continues to bloom. Spectacular gardens, country touring, live music and local food and wine are just a small taste of what’s on offer over the course of this bloomin’ great event. It is the longest-running floral event of its kind in Australia as the premiere celebration of horticulture and all things spring.
Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers is a breathtaking ten days of flowers, flavours and sounds, taking over the picturesque Southern Queensland city with a program of more than 50 unique events and experiences including internationally acclaimed musical acts, award-winning parks, some of the best food and wine in the region and a huge range of cultural adventures. The music line-up is absolutely killer this year – take in the likes of Middle Kids, Cheap Fakes, John Farnham, Dragon and loads more.
