West End Fire Fest

By George Hadgelias

Welcome to West End Fire Fest, Brisbane’s Full Moon Fire Spinning Festival!

WEFF as its locally known is held every Full Moon in Orleigh Park. This event was created in 2006 to share the flow arts and create a community night filled with music, arts and magic.

The Firetribe welcomes you this very extraordinary gathering. This special place is where you can meet new friends or catch up with old friends right in the heart of Brisbane. Share and learn new techniques under the glow of the full moon. Discover and create endless possibilities with this friendly community.

Families and spectators are welcome! Come lay down a matt and grab a snack to nibble on. Sit back, relax and enjoy the show. This is a free night of entertainment with a fire spinning circle, tasty electronic music and a terrestrial drumming circle.

There is a lengthy love affair with the Circus arts and Orleigh Park. Let’s keep the arts alive in West End!
